Invoice Generator - Maid from Heaven Ltd

Overview

This application was developed for a local cleaning company who needed to reduce the time spent manually creating invoices for clients.

Built to their requirements, they are able to input contract data for all of their clients, adding additional non-contract work where needed, and save hours every month by generating all of their invoices with a single click.

For customers that have multiple sites but only want a single invoice, sites can be grouped together and a single invoice will be generated covering all grouped sites.

Contracts can be entered as a fixed number of hours per month or on a more flexible weekly/fortnightly basis. Fixed or percentage discounts can be included as well as non-contract hours where additional work was done outside of the standard contract.

A simple costing calculator was included as requested allowing the owners to get a quick summary of the total hours and income for the current contract over different periods of time.

Invoices are generated as Microsoft Word documents organised by company and date and are ready to be sent directly to the customer. No alterations are needed.
